Current Schedule

Space is limited to 16 students for in person classes and preregistration is required (3 person minimum).  To request a spot, send an email to pam@justpracticeyoga.com (or use the register button below to send an email).  Please include the class(es) you are signing up for -- date and time.  You will receive a response either confirming your spot, or notification that you are on the wait list.  If there is a wait list for the class you will be notified if a spot opens up.  Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will be charged for the class unless the spot can be filled.  No shows will be charged for the class.  If you want to know if space is available at the last minute text 314-401-6752.  Please stay home if you have a fever or have been sick or been around someone with a fever or who is sick.   Please arrive 5 minutes before scheduled start time.

Online classes do not need to be taken at the live time listed.  Anyone who registers receives access to recorded class for 6 days from the date the live class happened, which means you can request access anytime for recorded classes.   Live class starts at the time listed and late comers will not be admitted once the class has started, we suggest logging in a few minutes early.  If you want to experience an online class, go to the videos page for some free full length classes -- gentle and flow.
